In the past few days I have had to face my "black dog" the "doppelganger" and partake in "his" journey. What fascinates me the most is how much some of us "professionals" assume as exact knowledge. If the pain of feeling like a bad flu virus has hit you, takes you to a place that is needed for your journey to a more serene and harmonious life, then why the added pain of expressing resistance to the events leading to the awakening? Some colleagues in the mental health and "spiritual arena" with all their wonderful insights still remain under the illusion that a substance (no matter what form it takes) or an experience which we have lived with for many years is valid to continue to be, even if its fruits are no more than confusion and dis-synchronicity! When is enough, enough? How will you recognize the ONE who will click on the light within you?

If I am truly walking the walk of oneness with GOD, The SOURCE, then I cannot accept the part of my psyche that partakes in experiences which, takes the whole of me away from the CENTER! There is balance in the center (that's how I know), there is serenity, there is calmness and above all there is PEACEFUL GRACE! Goodness comes and flows effortlessly, BEING IS NOT A TASK!

So, my children of these townships! What is it I am babbling on about? Well, nothing really, just writing out of hopefulness of what reveals when I allow! "Trust God always, but tie up your camel even in Mecca" said a wise Mohammad to the fatalist with a lost camel. I trust GOD to provide the seeds and the ground, God trusts that I will act upon the wisdom of planting in season. OM~Namaste'

I am really trying to keep my usual positive and hopeful attitude towards our humanity and mankind in general, but recent events have brought the old anger back in me which is really frustration and anxiety about Politicians and the money mongers of the world about which I can take no real action of any significance. I see hunger and destitude in the masses of this U.S. of A, the richest country on earth, I see the very weak and the elderly, the homeless and the hard working class suffer while the political will of some nuts is runnning amock! ETERNAL GRATITUDE, INFINITE WISDOM

SALA'M(Peace) children! About 5 am today as I lay awake in my bed the most beautiful feeling of gratitude hit my heart and held me captive for hours. I am so eternally grateful for my life! I live in an old Mobile home that at best can bring 6-to 7 thousand dollars in the home market. It is a good home, sturdy, clean, every thing works and I even have a wood stove which keeps the place romantically warm! The home is in this working class neighborhood, good hard working folks with all that goes with it. They drink their beers, have the usual weekend loudness, but they are HAPPY! Content with their lives, you hear laughter and kids run around on their bikes and off roads, go to school and always say "hi" to me (the old odd medicine-man with his plants). I also know a family(well, many families) in the nicer part of our world (Sedona,AZ.). A mother, a daughter, a somewhat slow witted son and an old aunt who live in this million dollar home!
