HOW TO PRACTICE FREE WILL


SO..Let us pick up where we were yesterday. Accepting that every thing is ENERGY, we then come to understand that thoughts are energy. Every thought produces energy with which we build the days of our lives. Every object which we surround ourselves with has energy , and like a scented candle all objects in our lives will help in shaping the days of our lives. I don't wish to sound repetitive, but it helps I believe in getting the point home. Sounds have energy too, right? So what do you listen to, the sounds of your music, the sounds of your words, the sounds of your own thoughts will make the days of your lives as they are.

Imagine if you will, a giant container of liquid (many thousands of gallons), now put a drop of red dye at one corner of it, just one drop! This red dye may take a while to get to the other side of this giant bowl of liquid, but no doubt it will, in fact in a very short time we can measure the amount and the distance of its travel(the red dye) into the liquid by sensitive measuring devices even though we may not see the redness.

Imagine now that the whole of our world is that container! And every thought, every word, every action is a kind of dye we each put into this bowl, you can see how now we are where we are and why teachers say that we make this world what it is. Every single last one of us is responsible for the state of our world whether we accept it or not. In fact liquids don't transfer stuff as fast as air does, just as sound is faster than solid objects and light is faster still. The waves of our thoughts and intentions are the fastest way energy travels, even faster than the speed of light! Much, much, faster!!

Here is the lesson my children, every time you have a negative thought, practice the art of stopping the thought and replacing it with a nice one. Here is an example; "Oh I can't stand him/her she makes me sick!" Here is a replacement suggestion: "He/she is as he/she is and if I offer compassion I will see the beauty and goodness." Here is another; "I am so fat, I hate it that I cannot seem to lose the damn weight" A good replacement thought; " I am beautiful in the eyes of God just as I am, I will soon be on my way to a healthier way of living"

You see my love, your thoughts will create energies that shape your world, this replacing method is not a trick, it is how you will train your brain to use new ways of thinking about the same stuff. Nice instead of awful, hopeful instead of desperate, loving instead of hating! In time this mechanism known as brain, will produce waves that are enhancing to your life rather than hindering your happiness! LET YOUR THOUGHTS BE KIND, YOUR ACTIONS BE GENTLE, AND YOUR WORDS BE COMPASSIONATE.

Eat foods that are alive and void of added colors and chemicals. Cherish the goodness of the foods that are ready in nature for you,put there by the SOURCE before you got here! Find time to meditate even if it is a few short moments a day, just sit still and think of the awesomeness of the universe which, you are a part of. Or just sit still observe your thoughts but feel your breath! Find time too, to be active in an aerobic way, activity that makes your body burn the calories and poisons it contains, some of which are internally produced! Walk 15-20 minutes, jump up and down with the kids or play an active game. You will be surprised how fast these simple ways will make a happier person out of you.
