Where were we? Oh yes fasting! Why am I talking about this for three days in row? Well dahh! I am fasting, and what better subject than sharing what makes humans feel better. It is only hard the first day. Try to have a bite of something in the morning (or whenever is your morning) a bowl of oatmeal or something like that,wholesome and energy producing. Set aside an time beyond which you will not even try a little cookie, and continue drinking water or some cleansing herbal tea. You will feel better when you're done.
