Where then is this peace and serenity everyone seems to talk about and know about? My child, it only resides within yourself. As you encounter the world and its daily events (in which you have to participate), the peace and serenity I speak of helps you make clear choices, have better judgements about your reactions and not get all knotted up indside every time things don't go your way. It is your CENTER of calm in the sea of chaos. All you have to do is go there two or three times a day to quiet the mind and just BE! You cannot scape having a flat tire so long as you drive a car.

As the spirit within gets its nourishment daily along with our body. There is sure to be calm and certainty. To discover more of what makes sense easier to grasp even if it does not match our own desires. In fact the very idea of desiring becomes foreign because the mind becomes more and more disciplined in acceptance of the TAO without question. This may create a feeling of being alone as indeed we become "different" and yet it is this very change which will in the end bring the fruit of ONENESS with all things and all people.
