If you know that for example the digestive system of your body cannot do its job without the input of green leafy vegetables and fruits, then it behooves you to consistantly, habitually, regularly, daily do the deed even if you don't like salads or have no time to put one together, because it is the right thing to do. In the long run this manner of steadfastness will without any doubt whatsoever, produce "positive" results for your life, which will most assuredly translate into "serenity" and well being.
