This old man Hamid David Dashti as he is known, seems to be charged with
a mission not yet defined. In all that generate through his walks on this small home planet, there seems apparent a joy in Healing, Honesty, Deep gratitude, and a simple desire to serve. These qualities are shared by most all those connected and linked to his life here.

Ohhh... the wonder of it all, that we must burn like the molten rock through our lives' experiences so that the ESSENCE OF THE GOLD WITHIN can be manifested.
May your journeys my loved ones, be as blessed as mine has been, even through the pain and purging. This too shall come to pass....While the SOURCE is constant and still!

(Put a couple of rubber bands around your wrists and any time you feel "stuck" somewhere in your head, just give your self a couple of good whacking with them rubber bands and say outloud :"THIS TOO, SHALL COME TO PASS" You'll feel a disconnect from the "issue" I promise you!)

After all, what else have you got to do with your time but watch it pass? tick , tock ,tick tock tick tock....Are we really going anywhere in time or coming from somewhere in time? It is all a passing dance of energy patterns from the void into the non-void and back to the Source! Your breath tells you that as it gives you life from you don't know where!

Being, just simply Being, aught not to be mostly pain, but leastly pain and mostly joy! If it is not, then we are following the wrong religion\walk\path if even our chosen God, Church or objects of worship cannot bring us mostly joy!
If you are miserable in your walk, CHANGE DIRECTIONS OR PATTERNS OF WALKING.

Acceptance of what is (considering that no one knows for sure what it is) is the only dance in my humble opinion. Even in painful times, we can learn to step back or aside long enough to see that most of what pains us may or may not even be true or accurate! Learn my child to bear your pains in GRACE! In a relationship for example, one learns that to be true to the relationship, one must accept much more and expect a lot less, just to keep the hope of a tomorrow (together) alive! If the world does not go my way today, I must have the wisdom to know that, IT WILL JUST WHEN I NEED IT MOST.

If you my dear child are a molecule in this dance of energy, why not just dance? You cannot change any thing, person, or place in the world until you have changed what you need to about the self in your body. You cannot change your self even until you realize that the only change is in your PERCEPTIONS OR BELIEFS. No matter what is pressing now, go inward and find that connection to the SOURCE of acceptance and flowing......

ABOVE THE LINE in mindfulness

Today it was 28 degrees in Dallas, Texas. As the plane flew over Dallas at 20,000 feet, the Shaman danced in the sunshine in his chariot. Viewing the clouds above which the chariot rode, he knew the cold underneath them would soon be evident as he would land on the grounds below.

But in the ever present here and now, the warmth of the sun on the palm of his hands confirmed yet again, when you fly above the line of mediocrity in total gratitude and mindfulness, nothing is ever wrong anywhere!

WHY DO WE DO THE THINGS WE DO,..WHY DON'T WE DO THE THINGS WE DO NOT!

Sa'di, the Persian(I could say Iranian, but that word alone can set one of you on the wrong wave length, how funny!!) poet and a master in the Sufi traditions says:
"All of humanity is but one body, from one essence they are made alike, so that if one part of this body should be in pain, all other parts shall not feel rest or comfort".

This fellow knew that some 800 years ago! Can we see it today? How can my hand do its work while my legs hurt so badly? How can my eyes enjoy beauty to its fullest extent, while my heart aches for lack of love and union? Indeed until we heal this body of our humanity and tend to its pains with care and compassionate wisdom, the Earth or the Heavens, neither can be a resting place for any one of us the parts to this whole.

See yourself in everyone my child, see everyone as yourself and give without expectations, as though you are giving to your self. If I am the index finger of this body of our humanity, then let me strive to be the best, most useful index finger I can be and, only give my best with total gladness and humility, not busy myself with why others do what they do, but why "I" do what I do or not do.

Learn from water, because you are mostly water my child. Be free and flowing, clinging onto no thing, only delivering your goodness wherever you travel in your counted days as part of this whole. Now see the Earth too as a living being, care that you do not injure her body or abuse her abundance through foolish consumption. Since death is an integral part of birth, oh good children; Live as though your time is at hand.

FANA~ (SUFI TERM FOR TOTAL INNIHILATION OF THE SELF INTO GOD)

The toughest lesson to learn for most intermediate to advanced students of spiritual growth into ONENESS, is how to recognize and let go of the EGO games.
Who gets offended for one reason or another almost daily? Who's feelings get hurt when expectations are not met? Who sits at judgment of others as to their worthiness and place in life? Who gets satisfaction from praise? Who collects stuff of this world and proudly displays them? You want another good one? Who is so patriotic as to forget the ONENESS of life? Zeal for the religion or belief systems? Pride in a piece of painted cloth?These are SRPC's, Societal Ritualistic Pagan Ceremonies!

All, is EGO, vanity of vanities as king Solomon would say, all is vanity my child. The moment we dishonor a teacher or an elder, the times when we dishonor and destroy the face of our mother Earth, we have allowed the Ego to be in charge. How about when we strut our stuff of positions and possessions?

If There is ever any hope for the wonderers of this planet to be free of the cycles of birth and death my child, it is to come humbly before the SOURCE OF ALL MATTER AND NON-MATTER, to gladly accept and be ready to accept total annihilation of the EGO SELF into the ONE SELF that is GOD. This ancient wisdom has been passed on by most teachers and masters of time in one way or another. Christ put it like this: "you must first die onto your self before being born into the spirit". The Muslim/Sufi way says it in one word: FANAA!"Total annihilation of the self ego into GOD's essence". Much like a drop of water finally accepting that the Ocean is where it came from and plunging into it to BE no more!

And yet my children, it is not a doing, but a being that is required of us. Being present daily at the table of the Beloved, Allowing the Light to pour in over our Beingness, to go on humbly taking care of the world, fetch the wood and carry the water, always waiting, always anticipating the freedom from FORM AND FORMLESSNESS. Kings have come and gone, look beyond the stuff of this material world and seek my child a daily connection to your eternal home!

Who is the one reading, who is the writer?

the awakened soul is revived by the connections of what is

GRADUATION FROM IGNORANCE

As we grow in spiritual realm, much like the physical(real?) world, the tests and the conditions of saying "I am here" get tougher. It was easy passing eighth grade and got harder trying to get the diploma at the end of the High School years.

In your spiritual learning my child, care to be ready, know this now that just when you think you know enough to go on, just when you think you "got it", the ever present teacher will throw you a curve ball you thought you knew how to hit, and you'll keep trying and trying, but miss over and over again, until you realize that it may look the same as the one you knew, but it spins far differently and requires more practice and yes going back to the basics again!

May your eyes be always open and your mind alert enough to see the next bend on the road and accept it as it comes with its load of pain and hardship of learning. May you be humble enough to see that it is THE EGO SELF which is always in the way of your progress and not the teachers who create the test.

And....when you die, you'll probably pick up where you left off here, so pay more attention while your eyes can see and your ears are not filled with dirt and worms. Walk in humility while you have your feet and keep your hands busy with good works, enhancing life actions while you have power to move them.

AWAKENING CHANGES

As soon as you realize my child that you do not control your breath, that it comes from an elsewhere of which no one has really told you about. As soon as you see that no one is really in control of much to speak of, that even the very SUN which sustains all life is a temporary measure of sustaining life on Earth. You cannot help but want to sit quietly and wonder about who or what it is that really is in control! Do this enough times a day, and voila!! You have arrived at the doors of awakening changes.

In my times of quiet meditations, there is a sweet voice that says to me "Look my son, I breathe your breath, I play your music, I put the Earth in orbit for your home, behold these and KNOW THAT I AM, Count it all joy even in pain my child, for my gifts do not come wrapped in pretty papers and bows.

ONENESS CALLS, WHO WILL HEED THE CALL?

Thursday, June 28, 2007 (A RERUN, BECAUSE TIME IS THE SAME, BUT NO FLOODS!)

salaam (peace) children;
it has not stopped raining here in Texas,since my arrival! They say 21 days of rain in may is the most it has ever rained in Texas, and it has not stopped yet close to the end of June! I have freaked a few Texans by collecting and drinking the precious rain water! My own kids remember us doing it in Arizona, but they have grown and forgotten the ways.

I keep getting this message of urgency to remain connected to THE LIGHT SOURCE WITHIN, as if life is saying to all the true seekers "no more half ass'ed measures will do now" (a very awakening thought, more like a kick in the ass ).

I have been blessed with the deepest, most intimate moments with THE BELOVED. I found wisdom in getting sick as a dog in the past three days when my teacher Rumi tongue said "THE CURE TO EVERY PAIN IS IN THE PAIN ITSELF". I fell ill and did not get up for 2 days. My daughter could not believe it, nor could the grand kids, "WHAT? " they said, "babajune never gets sick, he helps sick people!". It has been a full menu for a seeker of LOVE! I am well because of LOVE!

Where will we go from here? How will we know? My beautiful friend, what comes back as an answer is "come, come, be silent with the force , and let GOD be your only thought as often as you can, for the hour is near(what is near? a decade? 3 centuries? What does that matter to a true seeker), nothing else, no other matter is relevant to the story's end now! Not a single THING!!" i want to cry, no shout out, NO!! I have concerns in the human form, my dreams, my work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT ONENESS IS, ALL THAT IS.

The dead, the living, all the religions, all the belief systems of nations, the fighting, the loving, the getting jerked over by some technician in Ohio, the flood that just took 30 mobile homes in the poor town just down the road in Texas(none of whom had flood insurance), and the Iraqi's who have electricity only 4 hours a day. The Muslim who kills another Muslim, The evil that acts from the Christian heart of a KKK member. The Tsunami that kills hundreds of thousands in one day!

The oppressed and the oppressor, the rape of the planet through ignorance, the greed of the corporate human form, the river that runs obediently, the seven layers of the heavens, Zero point field energy, the holy men of Tibet, and the hopeless men in the Middle East, All is ONENESS, Look at the hands of GOD shaping a mate for himself out of the stuff of the universe! Where are you my children in your hour of sleep-fullness?

Is any of us really awake? Is any body listening to the voice of GOD crying? Is God not the loneliest father/mother waiting for the kids to remember the family? What do we know of pain as the rain keeps pouring and the dead feel no more? No wonder it takes a few billion to make a hand full of pure ones! What does the engineer care if the mold must be broken a million more times?

Be well my love, be forever with the light and trust the wisdom that created you. Mashaallah, Inshaallah(As oneness wills, it is)!

HOW DO WE MEASURE SUCCESS?

Salaam(peace) children:

Most of us true seekers of wisdom have also gained the "knowledge" of how to maintain a balanced life and harmonious walks amongst our brothers and sisters. And, it appears that "THE SOURCE" is always giving us hints as to the direction and methodologies that works in our individual cases. No garden shall bear any fruits unless the gardener is at hand daily, weeding, watering, and tending to the plants' needs.

Yet I tell you my good children, all we really have to "DO" is show up daily and trust the wisdom that created the garden that is our lives. This trusting business is at once easy and difficult. It is easy because there is no "doing", I am not the gardener. It is difficult because for the most part we don't seem to show up with any measurable amount of trust or surrendering our willful selves to THE ONE! Yes I show up, but my mind seems to be busy with what I was dealing with yesterday or what is to come later. And, above all it appears that my wondering desireful self has addictions to one substance or another, be it in organic form or a state of mind form (they all produce hormones my self seems to get off on) which, really get in the way of an enhanced life as appose to a hindered one.

Every thing "I" do will either enhance my life or hinder it. Who is it in me that wishes me ill by hindering the flow of good energies? Yet and still, every negatively charged event in our lives only serves (if we are awakened enough) as a reminder to accept all and find our balance. Of the two wolves fighting within, the one I feed the most shall win the battle this day. Know thyself and you have come to know GOD!

Salaam(peace) children;
All is well even as we may only see darkness, pain, and suffering. Once we can see only ONENESS and sustain that vision for as long as we humanly can, who is suffering? Who is the bad guy and the good guy?

My beautiful ones; Remember your essence of being is still coming from a place no one has yet to KNOW! The very breath that holds your life, you pet's life, you planet's life, is dependent on the atmosphere which contains it all. Follow in your mind's eye the origin of whatever you may fancy, all is connected, all is ONE! Who is suffering? Who is holy? What is God?

Blaming, anger, hatred, shame, guilt, envy, worry, fear; Well, you get the picture....just because we think it is so, it does not make it real. We must learn to stop separatists attitudes so as to allow ONENESS to enter our hearts. But then again it matters not to the SOURCE whether there is a receiving vessel, it flows just the same passed, in, and around itself to itself.

THE ART OF ALLOWING!

Salaam(peace) children;
There has been new materials on self realization and pathways to higher consciousness about. Some give it away (as it aught to be) and some are just peddlers in guru clothings. Please remember again, that if you have to pay for your higher self's presence or understanding, if you have to pay to be awakened to your higher self, then the path is not and will not be the right path for you. The universal GIVER never has nor ever can charge for its SERVICES!

There is only ONE GIVER my children, whatever comes your way, some times horribly painful and some times pleasant and p0werfully sweet to the soul within. No matter what comes, it is only from the ONE GIVER! Your job is to learn to ACCEPT the gift of life and be present daily, do your tasks whatever they maybe, and TRUST THAT A GOOD ENDING IS SURE TO COME. Trusting that whatever is on your plate of life now, is precisely what you needed(your brain may say differently) to go the next leg on your journey.

To expect only"All happy, fun, pleasant" experiences is as foolish as expecting the storms not to ever come on the planet, to always have pleasant spring like weather! When we learn to ACCEPT what is, as a gift from the GIVER OF GIFTS my beautiful ones, we can then begin to grow and 'MATURE" in the real sense of the word. It is not a doing thing, it is a BEING! In fact if you look closer to our world today, it is in so much "do do" because of all who thought they can "do" for it and save its environment and be politically active and blah blah blah!

The world (this life) has much more up its sleeves than any human could ever muster even after they try and lean what has gone wrong. Not realizing that it is indeed "us" who have not played ball by the rules, that we are the broken ones and not the world, is indeed the saddest human tragedy of all times. Yes people art being killed, there is pollution up the yin/yang, and famine and hate mongering is rampant. But if you think my love, that you can "FIX" these things by outward motions and actions, you too will become part of what is wrong with our ways.

We must learn to "ALLOW" the wisdom of GOD back into our lives, trust the design and show up daily saying "HERE i AM LOVE, HOW CAN I HELP?". Realizing that we are at once Divine and Mere air breathing Humans! Lo and behold you'll be shown ways of being, acting, doing that have nothing to do with you, but a flow of energy, an active, wise force, which also makes milk and brings rains to dry lands.

THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE RIGHT JOB?!

We dance the daily dance of life, fetch the water, chop the wood and go through scenarios in our heads as we pass what seems to be a measurable quantity of "time"! Is time passing or am I creating it by the thoughts I carry about it?

My good children; If at the moment a dark thought enters our minds, we stop and use a tool of some sort to hinder and cease its hold on our consciousness, don't you think we'd all want to do just that? What is that tool then? Have we not talked in detail about it? Have you not seen the results, the positively wonderful results of daily meditations? Of daily connections to THE SOURCE? Of eating life enhancing foods and of gratitude?

Why then my love must you continue to suffer imagined conditions fed by nothing more than an old programmed thought in the neuro-net works of your brain? How has having the argument in you head and raising the blood pressure ever helped a situation?

Freedom is not real if it does not offer comfort and joy and contentment! Does your freedom, does your religion do this for you my child? If not, then know for certain my love that it is the wrong freedom, it is the wrong religion for you! If you have to pay to have access to higher states of being, if you have to buy serenity and peace of mind, know again my child, these are not good tools either.

Let your internal force of the origin of life, be your only guiding light, sit and LET IT BE!

"rasad odami beh jaee keh beh joz khoda nabinad" ( Human will come to the point in life where he sees none but GOD), is part of a poem from the sufi teacher Sa'di some 8 or so hundred years ago. May all of you my dear ones find that space soon within your formless forms and be forever free of the sufferings you imagine as real.

Last night Helen and I sat with a dearest friend who has lung cancer and walks with great difficulty. As we did healing energy work on him, I thought the healing was also for me. We have 38 years in that relationship. And just an hour before we had learned another friend also has lung cancer. These consultations with death tell me that the spell is not broken.

But I believe Rumi is right. I believe that(breaking the spell) is where all these visitations with suffering take us. I felt the trembling in our friendÂÂÂÂ's knee, the fragility of his life, but there is also in that very same trembling movement a strength and truth ÂÂÂÂ"shaking outÂÂÂÂ" that says this body is not the essence of my friend. The Truth of him is far more alive and present than ever.

I remember not having a body! A part of the life force in this body has not changed since it arrived on this planet, Earth. Listen to this quote children; " If you knew, who walks beside you at all times, on this journey which you have chosen, you would never fear nor worry ever again"

Fear and worry are products of our disconnected minds from that essence of life which, if you think about it is present in all forms, animated or not! Look kids, try to get this please my beautiful ones, YOU ARE NOT, ONLY LIFE IS, and it flows through the form you call "me, I" as it does in the form of flowing rivers and flying birds. IT, this life force which gives existence its meaning (as we understand it any way) could care less whether you believe or not, because there really is no you that is independent of IT!

A fool would say that "all this happened by coincidence" and the bigger fool would start believing that or find reason to be doubtful! Tell me child, if this "LIFE FORCE" were not present, would there be a you or any thing else? Whether you believe or understand, IT goes on as it has for millions of years, and YOU ARE NOT apart from IT! So how can a being who IS NOT except as a result of another flowing force giving ITS being, its form, have problems or worries? Does the tree say "Oh no, another winter, I have to almost die again"?

Come awake now children, KNOW FOR CERTAIN WITHOUT A WAVERING DOUBT, THAT LIFE IS, GOD IS, BUT YOU ARE ONLY AN IMAGE OF IT ALL! Go gather a bunch of genes and particles and arrange them in any way you wish, and see if they "coincidentally" make a life form as beautiful as you or a flower with the female part carrying the seeds for the next generation? We can even write down perfect formulas explaining almost every aspect of how life works or is, but we will never have a way to give them "life"! They just lay there lifeless, in perfect equilibrium!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DIE?

How the heck R U? Can you tell if you are alive or dead? Did uncle Joe come back to tell you what happened to him passed the door way of his death? When will we realize that nothing really ever dies?! C'mon! Does not the tree in your front yard look dead right about now? Where did the essence of its living go to? Why can't that be the same for the humans? Who warped your beautiful brains into thinking that death is apart from life or life is not present in death?

The sounds of infinity boing around in my head so often these days it seems like I'm being prepared for that death journey or a passage of some importance. You wanna know what is happening to me when I shake and have spasmodic episodes, I have tried to tell all of you in one form or another, but I suppose in a culture that every "abnormal" behavior is given a name and drugs are prescribed by the Respected Pill Pusher Doctors, I could be easily labeled and drugged before I have a chance to say what really is happening! It has not been that long that this very society burned people alive for being witches!!

It is all GOOD, because it is all GOD! Who amongst you really knows about that state of living? The state of "No otherness"? It has its own sounds, echoes of silence even in crowded rooms that remain constant. I tell you children of love, never you mind because it matters not at all. A tree upon which Alexander the great leaned once, just fell to the little bitty termites! No past, NO future, Only the moment of a breath is what we have children, and the breathing too is not ours to claim, IT IS BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE! That beloved whom I need so disparately for my life, is eagerly awaiting our return home!

Either after "awakening" and becoming aware, we can instill the discipline of polishing the old/learned crap away, or we keep thinking that"because I know the problem, it is solved" which, really is the state of being for most seekers of the beloved's milk wine! I really want to do good always, but somehow I end up doing "evil" even unto my self!

This week I feel much like a child again my self. A child confused by the grown ups lack of courage and adventure, light heartedness and forgiveness. But above all my heart saddens at the site of so much separateness and disconnect. Children learn from the parents oh so well how to see divisions rather than unities.

I wonder whose pick nick spread shall lay upon the grass that shall grow from the dust that this body is sure to become in time. My good ones; where there is ONLY GOD, ALL ELSE IS EXCESS, ALL THINKING IS HOLLOW, AND ALL RESISTANCE IS FUTILE! Human's heart shall not know true rest and peace, except through daily connection to THE SOURCE OF ALL MOTION( Ela beh zekr-ellah tatme-enalgholoob)!

foR most of us even imagining that all IS GOD, is like asking us to trust the waters and step on the ocean surface solely based on TRUST! How often has any of us seen that happen in real life? What then, what then is this total surrender to THE SOURCE, and acceptance of ALL, that the wise men of the past have presented to us as the only way to pure happiness? Ponder this awhile my children, make this the subject of your nightly meditations. Let the question, take you to the answer that is already within your very own beingness.

TSUNAMI OF OUR LIVES

Well by now most of you know that I got married on the new moon in September 2007! If you have followed the blogs of this ol' shaman for the past year, it has been a running theme of the forces of change coming, that my life is to be turned upside down and too, that I shall have my mate by November07. It has all come to pass now!

How do you suppose all this could have been shown to me a year in advance? Did I create all the changes which like a Tsunami are now tearing down all the old stuff of my life, and not even giving any glimpse of what is to come beyond a day? A DAY AFTER ALL, IS NOT A LIFE TIME, IT IS ONLY A DAY ! Yet why do we seem to require more of yesterdays or tomorrows to feel like we "live here"? Spending more time in our heads going over what was or is to be?

The beautiful part of this Tsunami like wave of changes (which by the way has also effected many, many, who are connected to my life) is that we are thrown clear off of our seemingly happy "comfort zones".Just like the Tsunami in the physical world, so too this enormous change has brought with it, pain of learning to surrrrrrrenderrrrrrr, because NOTHING CAN STOP THE FORCE ONCE IT IS IN MOTION! Yet and still YOU beautiful instruments of my growth;

This pain if only observed without attachment to the outcome, is like taking out that tooth which has been bugging you for a long, long, long time. A certain knowing comes with this situation, THERE WILL BE COMFORT AND FREEDOM AFTER ACCEPTING THE PAIN(which is really no pain at all, just painful to the EGO!).

Well children, are we ready? It does not matter, because Tsunamis don't give advance notices and once they come, you can only accept and be at awe, perhaps learn to flow and surf with the waves if you are wise!

Allow me to pick up where we left off last blog. We have come to believe and live as though it is so, that, solid matter is indeed solid! That what we experience as life on Earth is indeed a relationship between this object and the other. One maybe human and the other anything thing else. Is it so? Have we been sitting so long on this idea that we cannot/dare not question its validity? Can we not say that now that we know more about how and what "MATTER" is made up of(well, let's say we know about 99% of it, still a good measure!), it is obsolete as the many Gods of the pagan human era, to just go on believing that "This and that stuff of life is as it has been for my forefathers"? Or "I am what I own"? After all Alexander the Great owned half the world, what does he own now?

We have now demonstrated beyond doubt that what we call "SOLID MATTER" is anything but solid! Take notes my beautiful ones,

" ALL MATTER IN THE UNIVERSE, NO MATTER WHAT THE SHAPE, FORM, OR PROPERTIES THEREOF, IS PURE ENERGY MADE UP FROM PARTICLES OF KNOWN AND UNKNOWN SOURCES, COMING INTO FORM AND OUT OF FORM, BECOMING MOTIONS OF ENERGY OR WAVES OF POSSIBILITIES IN A CONSTANT CREATIVE MANNER. THE FORCE OPERATING THIS AMAZING PHENOMENON HAS MANY NAMES AND DESIGNATIONS, DEPENDING ON WHERE A THINKING/AIR BREATHING HUMAN MAY BE GEOGRAPHICALLY LOCATED, AND WE AS CREATIVE BEINGS, HAVE MADE MOST OF IT UP"

Yes there are preset laws which operate the whole of life, but at its core, life is as ready to take any form as your beautiful minds can believe in! So next time some God blessed M.D. tells you that you have "high blood pressure" or this and that disease by a medical name, stop and realize that even your health is an interconnected part of the FORCE OF LIFE, and KNOW my love that you and your health and your life at large, are what you believe and keep in your head as "THE FACTS" of your life!!

Why should the law of physic not work when you touch the fire and burn the tissue? If you have lived a life in neglect of your emotional and physical and spiritual health, is it any wonder that you should experience "DISEASE" ? Yet and still, because the particles of life are so fluid and flexible, because my beautiful ones, our body can and does regenerate, making new cells all the time, any disharmony, any disease, any abuse, CAN BE REVERSED THROUGH A DISCIPLINED ADHERENCE TO HOW THIS NATURE OF LIFE WORKS AT THE SUB-MOLECULAR LEVELS.

May you wake up my beautiful ones, from the dream state of auto-normalcy into a sudden surge of a Tsunami of how great you indeed are and how able to be and have all that you have longed for! Then have the wisdom to follow up on the disciplined actions needed to keep you awake and connected to that reality.

What forces then move matter and energy in and around what we call "me", the self in a biobody suite of about 50 trillion individual other unseen selves forming skin and bone matter?

Look children; Nothing else is so fundamental to our being or living than this connecting in a daily deciplined way to THE SOURCE OF THAT FORCE WHICH MOVES ALL UNIVERSAL MATTER IN ALL WORLDS! ALLAHO-AKBARON-LATEEF!

We have accepted all of that for the most part intellectually. It is in accepting of and surrendering with PEACE to, the affects of these Tsunami's of our mutual humanity and human experiences that we seem unable. That which, brings forth the FORCE fields and experiences is all there is. If "I" get out of the way, "I" just might relax, perchance sleep, rest a while in the vastness of my BELOVED bosoms.

But oh my children, go not into the night without the light of wisdom, seek to learn from your own life as well as the lives of all other beings past and present. For who has ever done any great act alone? None!

Seek my beautiful children, ways to connect and sit silently with your origin, or not so quietly, maybe in conversation with that SOURCE OF ALL THAT IS. You will be free from the agony of this stressful life which seems to always be full of drama! Tsunami's don't just show up, there is a plan, a design far greater than all of mankind's imaginations put together! Far, far greater indeed my love.

I AM NOT THIS BODY

It has been far too long since we shared. I am not the man you thought you knew, nor is the Quantum way of life going to be what we can always have a handle on. Just when you think you have figured out what it is, the BELOVED shows another facet of the wonderful ever expanding/creative nature of THE GRAND DESIGN. This old shaman has been greatly humbled in the past 3 weeks, got married for the last time in this lifetime, lost a few precious friends and gained new ones. Yet, yet my children it feels as if I am still being asked to just show up and trust the wave of possibilities turn into particles of reality with or without my "individual" wishes or plans.

Some plans turn to fruitions of wonder and bless, some go by the way side, some turn into nightmares which we did not anticipate or even dreamed possible. I have learned yet deeper again the meaning of "I am not this body" and all that this phrase holds within its magnificent arrangement. If I am not this body, I am not how it looks, I am not what it dreams up, I am not what it relates to, I am not where it resides, I AM NOT THIS BODY!!

So my beautiful ones, heed this well on your daily journeys, if you have a choice between being right and being kind, always, always choose kind. If you have a choice between goodbye and hello, always choose hello, if you have a choice between letting go and holding on(to things,people,places), always, always let it all go and be free in releasing what your brain assumes it "understands, knows" of how GOD works!

VOICES, SHAKERS, BRAIN FREEZERS

Ever wonder whose voice is in your head? Consider this my love, we live in our head almost 100% of the time. I put this percentage on it just so you know how much it really is, even though the actual figure maybe a hair less than that. Living, manifesting, being always in our head tangled up with thoughts of what will be or was, in reality my children we are completely ASLEEP to the HERE AND NOW OF OUR LIVES!

In fact if you consider this in some loosely awakened time, you may even catch your self wondering in some elsewhere places in your mind even as you are seemingly busy doing other things. Where are you? I mean where do you suppose the real essence of your being is? It certainly is not where your physical body happens to BE, is it? Not if you are elsewhere in your mind !WHEREVER YOU ARE, IF IT IS NOT HERE AND NOW, YOU ARE ASLEEP! CLICK HERE

For this reason most masters and teachers have left us tools to keep the wondering mind awakened to the moment. These are "shakers", Stuff that shake us loose from the wondering mind which is in some tomorrow or yesterday, and connect us to the present. Walking is a good shaker, so is dancing, twirling, singing, loving, cooking a meal with the family or friends, trying to be patient with a non-conforming adolescent or teenager, being totally immersed in art-work, watching a candle flicker and dance, staying calm while some dear one lets out their anger or frustration, How about the death of a loved one? Any moment really, rich in life's here and nowness ...................This is a long list!

The voices we have inside, telling us to do this or that, judging right or wrong(ness) of actions, repeating a song or yelling in silence, what beauty! What beauty! if we would be awake enough to hear the voice of the BELOVED in all the noise! You know the one that seems the most tender and loving and not loud at all!!!!

Cry me a river my child, our union is soon coming, our day is indeed close at hand.

NEW SCIENCES FOR THE NEW CENTURY

We must delete the need to understand if we are to ever be truly free from suffering. I am of course referring to spiritual matters and life in general. After all look at what our attempts at understanding life through science has done! We may have learned a few things about mechanics of this or that object, but got stock in the process with the notion that matter and energy only flow in a bidirectional way! Nothing could be further away from the actual real science of it all. This Newtonian science had its place, but we need to move on children!

In the process of "trying" to understand how things work and how we can make machines and chemicals to mingle and interact with the NATURAL WORLD, we lost sight of our origin all together and became slaves to the machines and the chemicals we thought we were creating to make things easier or better. The old paradigms all have to be abandoned and before it is too late we must wake up to the reality that LIFE IS NOT UNDER ANY CONTROL SWITCH WE CAN UNDERSTAND OR MANIPULATE WITHOUT PURE CONSCIOUSNESS. And yet, everything in the whole universe says that we are the co-creators of life if we first learn to surrender our will to the will of THE ONE WHO STARTED LIFE!
