When we have areas in our lives that are not addressed and dealt with our soul gets stuck in its ability to be as free and expansive as it is meant to be. But soon the soul cries out for relief and the tears come,the dam bursts, and the river flows and lifts us off the rocks.In that rushing of insight, comes great healing to the soul, affecting the entire body. Mashaallah!"

I agree completely! and.....I would add that, it takes many tearful moments, before the nanny hears the child and brings the milk! That too is just the way it is, as the ZEN would say "Suchness"!! Either after "awakening" and becoming aware, we can instill the discipline of polishing the old/learned crap away, or we keep thinking that"because I know the problem, it is solved" which, really is the state of being for most seekers of the beloved's milk wine! I really want to do good always, but somehow I end up doing "evil" even unto my self!

 "For humans without toiling, there shall be no harvest", like as in, ain't nothin free honey, not in this world, not in the middle worlds, not in the end world, the other world, I tell u honey, ain't nothin free nowhere", (with a few minor exceptions we all know about, handful really)!! AAAAA..MAN HALA-FREEKIN-LOOYA!!!
