There are about ten or few more thousand times in any given day when we depart from an otherwise blissful state of existence. Doubts, insecurities, worries, and a host of emotional memory driven reactive thoughts come in and cause imbalance. Now imagine having the one tool that makes these moments fewer and fewer over time. I want to tell you my children that it is as simple as breathing! Look, do you know how you breathe? No you do not, it just happens. There is a design which makes it possible for your life to go on through an automatic system of outside and inside elements all of which seem to have nothing to do with whether you are aware of them or not. My children, my wonderful, beautiful children, that same system is also capable of directing your thoughts to a better place where there is peace of mind and harmony at all times. Where the biggest challenges of your life will miraculously find all the answers to fit like a jigsaw and with an ease that can amaze you. Like any other job however my beloved, time and consistency are needed to make that happen. Looking at all the schools of self awareness and enlightenment you will find the one common thread(regardless of the underlying ideologies) called prayer, meditation, Mantras, Koans, Salaat, and so on. All of which were designed to bring the churning mind into a point of focus where by that magical force which controls your breath can work on the neurons of the brain where you store all the causes of your life's anxieties and "problems". Get it? You cannot change the presidents or the governments, you cannot change the whether nor can you change any other person which you might have perceived as the cause your disharmony and negativities. The only change possible to you at any given time is how you see the world, either a world filled with problems or a world filled with a perfect working design like your breathing mechanism.
